After the success of the first edition in 2019, the Venice Boat Show will be held for the second time starting on Saturday, May 29 up until Sunday, June 6, 2021.
A 9-day event, which will be open to the public from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm every day.
Visitors will not only be able to admire more than 220 boats being showcased by over 160 exhibitors, but they can also see the spectacular structures of the City’s Arsenale; a symbol of the military power and authority of the Venetian Republic and the heart of its ship-building industry that made it one of the greatest maritime powers for centuries. This evocative historical backdrop in the centre of Venice consists of a water basin of 50,000 m2, over 1000 linear metres of pontoons for about 150 boats in the water, 30,000 m2 of outdoor exhibition spaces, and 5,000 m2 indoor pavilions.
The Venice Boat Show is promoted by the City of Venice and realized through Vela spa company, in collaboration with the Italian Navy.
In view of the health and safety protocols, access to the event will be controlled with admission time slots each day and a one-way flow system throughout the venue.
