95 yachts to exhibit at the Olympic Yacht Show 2021
The organisers of the Olympic Yacht show 2021, which will take place in Sounio, Greece, have announced that 95 yachts are due to exhibit at the show between 1st – 5th October. In only a few weeks the event will be kicking off and all of the yachts displayed are newly-built vessels to showcase the very best of the Greek market.
Alongside the yachts on display will be a range of industry professionals, including designers, brokers and journalists. It is the aim of the event to demonstrate the quality of the Greek superyacht world to the wider industry.
“The Olympic Yacht Show is not only the most important event of high-quality tourism, but also a guiding reference for the Greek yachting industry scene. Preparations are well under way to fine-tune every detail of the event. As the old saying goes, a good beginning makes a good ending. Our key focus is to create a prestigious event that will serve as the launching board for building together the largest event in south-eastern Europe”, said Gerasimos Gerolymatos, the Director of ONDECK Events, and the mind behind the Yacht Show.
As well as vessels built in Greek shipyards, the show will display a range of yachts from international yards. The Hellenic Coast Guard will also be present at the event to represent the history of Greek shipping and to commemorate the 100 year anniversary of its service.
